About Me

I’m an Oregon native, currently working in Cambridge, Massachusetts as a METEOR Postdoctoral Fellow at MIT CSAIL, where I’m advised by Ruth Rosenholtz and Bill Freeman. I’m also Co-Founder/CEO at Yoku AI. I graduated in 2021 with my PhD from UC Berkeley, where I was advised by Bruno Olshausen and Marty Banks.

My research interests surround using machine learning to study the human visual system and its relationship to the dynamics of the natural world. I’m passionate about using these techniques to build a better world.
